Ordering
We have a minimum order value of £5.00, excluding Postage Packing & VAT.
The customer can order through our website or by Phone, FAX or mail.
We accept all major UK Credit & Debit cards.
The name Nochex will appear on you credit card & bank account statements, & not John Wardle Horological Materials.
All prices are exclusive of VAT & Postage & Packing charges.VAT will be added to all orders within the EU & UK at 17.5%
All good remain the property of John Wardles, until paid for in full.
Materials are supplied on the understanding that they may require some fitting or finishing to the movement being worked on, by a repairer with suitable skills, experience & tools.
Returns
The customer must notify us of any damage or defect of the goods supplied to them by John Wardles within ten days from the customer receiving them.
While in possession of the goods the customer takes on the basic duty to care for the goods.
If the goods were supplied correctly, as ordered, they will be returned at the customers expense, not modified in any way, and with no damage what so ever.
